Getting started

Install App, pick repo, first Check

Install on GitHub

Install App

Install the GitHub App on the repo that owns your OpenAPI spec. Then point BreakCheck at your schema. Platform owns the install flow and webhook handshake.

Pick repo

Select the repo with the schema file. BreakCheck only needs read access to contents and pull requests, plus write access for Checks.

First Check

Open a PR that touches the schema, or push to the baseline branch. BreakCheck posts a green or red Check named BreakCheck.
